Specifični cilj a) : Veći pristup zaposlenju za sve tražitelje zaposlenja, posebice mlade, osobito provedbom Garancije za mlade, za dugotrajno nezaposlene te skupine u nepovoljnom položaju na tržištu rada i za neaktivne osobe, kao i promicanjem samozapošljavanja i socijalne ekonomije. (ESO4.1.)
Koje je aktivnosti moguće financirati?
Nastavak provedbe mjera aktivne politike zapošljavanja s posebnim naglaskom na skupine koje su ranjive na tržištu rada (potpore za zapošljavanje, pripravništvo i samozapošljavanje).
Provođenje mjere za zapošljavanje i kreiranje novih radnih mjesta kao i obrazovne mjere koje imaju za cilj povećanje stope cjeloživotnog obrazovanja odraslih.
Uvođenje sustava vaučera (usavršavanje zaposlenih osoba, te osposobljavanje i obrazovanja nezaposlenih osoba).
Ulaganje u jačanje sektora društvenog poduzetništva.
Aktivacija žena na tržištu rada kroz lokalno usmjerene projekte.
